截至11月30日NEEA系统数据：徐州、扬州、杭州、广州、深圳、宁波、重庆、西安、兰州、潍坊 的托福考点在12月份仍有部分考位可供考生选择报名。
相应地区的同学们可以登录NEEA托福网考报名官网（http://toefl.neea.cn）按需预约报考。
每年到了这个时候，我都会收到各种学生的留言——老师我听人说托福压分，怎么办啊、老师我写作两个good怎么才23分啊、老师我口语22分但是我觉得说得蛮好的，要不要复议啊。
1. 托福考试从来不会压分
那些哭着喊着压分的人，其实是低分，然后还不愿意接受事实，就骗自己说ETS压分了。
2. 口语和写作的good、fair只是评级
而good和good之间有很大差别。就好像哈佛的学生，有的成了总统，有的在教托福，还有的可能连工作都没有，能一样么？跟大家说一下，写作30分也是2个good，23分也可能是两个good，还有一个fair一个good拿24的呢，那说明人家某一个good或者fair是大good或者大fair。你们不需要关心大有多大，小有多小，你们只需要知道小如何变大就好了，扯其他的都是浪费时间。
官方要求在报名考试前先确认自己的设备是否符合要求：https://www.toefl.cn/at-home/equipment/
通常，对于电脑的要求Mac或Windows均可，但是不支持任何形式的平板（微软的Surface系列笔记本有被认为是平板的可能，慎用），并且电脑上安装火狐浏览器（便于安装插件）。
关于外接设备，可以接受以下：
1、内置或外置麦克风
2、内置或外置扬声器
3、外接鼠标和键盘
但是根据官方反复确认，不接受任何形式的外接耳机以及外接显示器！
对于考试房间的要求：
1、必须在一个独自的房间，考试过程中不能有其他人进来，包括宠物（有考生因为自己家猫从电脑面前走过而被考官叫停考试）。同样对桌面及座椅有相应的要求。
2、同时需要携带自己的身份ID，一面镜子或手机（用于让考官看你的电脑及房间内环境）
关于考试要携带的笔记工具：
1、和线下考试一样，在家考也可以记笔记，毕竟听力为主场，但是记笔记的工具有所要求
2、总的来说，记笔记工具的要求是为了在考完以后可以当着考官面把笔记内容擦除，避免外泄。
穿戴同样也有要求：
需要穿着得体，耳朵不能被头发或帽子等遮住（防止戴耳机），但如果是宗或文化头饰可以在接受检查后佩戴，其他饰品尽可能少带以免麻烦。
以往的在家考只接受护照，不接受身份证。
这次全面开放大陆地区的在家考以后，身份证也可以作为考试证件之一，但官方要求同时出示其他证件加以佐证，如驾照，学生证等，具体要求可参考https://www.ets.org/toefl/test-takers/ibt/take/id/supplemental
当然最简单的方式还是直接用护照注册，需要注意的是考试当天出示的证件要与报名所用证件一致，所以报名的时候需要考虑考试当天是否能够出示该证件，例如有效期到期换证问题。
